About Us The Sol Vocational Institute (SVI) is a ministry of the Diocesan Laborer Priests whose main target is to accompany the processes of vocational discernment of teenagers and young adults through workshops, encounters, retreats and celebrations at its location in the Sol Center or at any diocesan or parish site. The services of the SVI have been created with teenagers and young adults in mind; nevertheless, all programs can be adapted to a particular need. For example: The distribution of time, to divide the workshop in two sessions, to offer a workshop for participants of different ages (teens and their parents), etc. A specialized team of youth and vocational ministry leaders conduct the SVI workshops. Usually, each workshop is directed by two specialists in the subject. Our professors are trained in the areas of theology, anthropology, sociology, pedagogy, and moral theology. Quienes Somos El Sol Vocational Institute (SVI) es un ministerio de los Sacerdotes Operarios Diocesanos cuyo objetivo fundamental es acompañar los procesos de discernimiento de adolescentes y jóvenes adultos a través de talleres, encuentros, retiros y celebraciones en su sede del Sol Center o en cualquier centro diocesano o parroquial. Los servicios del SVI han sido creados pensando en los adolescentes y jóvenes adultos contemporáneos con la capacidad de ser adaptados a cualquier realidad particular.
